I believe the most powerful thing you can learn about your body isn't a pose or a breathing technique — it's why it works. That's the foundation of everything I do. I call it the "why before how" philosophy: understanding the science and purpose behind every movement, breath and mental technique so that what you practice actually becomes yours — something you trust, return to, and build a life around.
People often describe working with me as feeling like a confident conversation with their body. That's exactly what I'm going for.
I'm based in Northeastern, PA and work entirely online, specializing in science-forward well-being practices centered on stress resilience, nervous system support, and mindful movement — including yoga therapeutics, meditation and body care — for women 50+ and in an always LGBTQ+ affirming space. Whether you're down the street or across the country, I design and teach practices that meet the real challenges of this season of life: reduced flexibility, joint replacements, women’s health, persistent pain, and the kind of exhaustion that doesn't go away with a good night's sleep. The goal is your steady, sustainable engagement with informed practices at home — so that resilience becomes something you actually feel.
My professional background spans 30+ years in education, athletics, and business, and includes more than 1,600 hours of science-informed training in yoga, meditation, and massage therapy — through the lenses of anatomy, physiology, neurobiology, therapeutics, research, and human cadaver study. I hold professional license & certifications as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist, and Master of Wisdom & Meditation Teacher. For 27 years, I have been a student yoga. But the credential that shapes how I teach most isn't on paper — it's lived.
