Whether you're brand new to meditation or returning after some time away, my Meditation for Beginners: 21 Day Challenge, is designed to help you tap into the stillness & silence that rests within —especially if you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted, burned out, or simply craving a more peaceful connection to yourself and others. Each day I'll share with you, and then we'll meditate together. Neuroscience shows that meditating for as little as 10 to 12 minutes daily can trigger beneficial changes in the brain—strengthening areas responsible for attention, emotional regulation, and resilience. This challenge is an act of self-leadership and a devotion to your inner-life. It’s a quiet, consistent choice to shift out of reactivity and into regulation—an intentional pause before the noise, by starting each day with your own breath, before the world makes its demands. When you choose to pause and practice, even for just a few minutes, you’re not just building a habit—you’re rewiring your brain to move through life with more clarity, calm, and inner stability, you’re planting seeds of presence that ripple through your day in quiet, powerful ways. Upon approval, you will have instant access to the full 21-days of audio meditations, with each day being digitally delivered to your email inbox as a gentle reminder to keep you on track. You'll also receive a course companion guide highlighting each day's content. Each day, I'll guide you in a lesson and technique, lead you in a practice and leave you with a practical step to apply the lesson throughout your day. Audio tracks will fluctuate between 16-25 minutes each day. You have full access to this course for 60 days. Your practice doesn't need to end at Day 21—in fact it should evolve as you return to complete the challenge a second time, trying not to miss a day.
