This isn't yoga that asks you to push, perform or keep up. It's yoga that listens. Classes center on the building blocks of healthy joint function and transforming stress. Practices will move through supine, prone, side-lying, floor-sitting, kneeling and standing positions. You'll experience yoga therapeutics, self-massage and beginner meditation techniques - breathing, mantra and mudra..

Chair Supported Gentle Yoga for Balance & Mobility
With the support of a chair and blank wall space you'll gently release tension, restore mobility, build resilient balance and stability while cultivating coordination and a deeper awareness of your subtle body and mind. Classes center on the building blocks of healthy joint function and transforming stress. Practices will move through seated in an armless chair, padded kneeling lunges using the chair seat and back for balance support, and, practices utilizing blank wall space. You'll experience yoga therapeutics, self-massage and brain-boosting beginner meditation techniques - breathing, mantra and mudra.

Restorative Yoga Therapeutics: Exhaustion Recovery
Gently release tension and exhaustion, relearn the art of relaxation and transform stress through this floor & wall based series. Practice cultivating a deeper awareness of your subtle body and mind through slow, somatic exercises, self-massage, restorative prop-supported positions held for just-the-right length of time, and beginner meditation techniques - breathing, mantra, mudra and yoga nidra that help you unlock the secrets to meditation as you develop confidence with the practice.

You'll have access to some basic equipment to complete the exercises, namely: Internet access for your laptop, tablet or other mobile device (desktop computers work too), a yoga blanket (or 2), 2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap, yoga bolster or dense, supportive cushion, 2 round therapy balls or tennis balls, a yoga mat with a sticky grip (not squishy support), a folding chair without arms and blank wall space
